We offer a 2-month trial so you can see what you think to the house and housemates before you commit to a further term or you can roll over on a month-by-month basis.

My girlfriend and I share a top floor en-suite bedroom and have our own separate lounge. Considering our year round calendar of sporting activities and adventure weekends, you won't see much of us!

We expect you to consider our home your home, regardless if we are home or away!

Ambience: Well balanced... Chilling out, having fun, staying fit, good food, reading, TV dinners and the occasional bottle of wine!

All housemates are either professionals in full time employment or mature students!

All rooms fully inclusive of ALL bills and Broadband Internet Wi-Fi connection, which works well in all bedrooms except one! A professional, mature, trustworthy cleaner comes in every Wednesday to clean all shared areas. She does not enter or clean housemate’s bedrooms.

NB: Prices dependent on length of rental term.

Room 1: Double Bed from (£285 - £315p/m) - As per advert (see above) available June 2010. Includes Desktop/Laptop Computer Bureau double wardrobe and and full length mirrors. WiFi currently intermittent in this bedroom on some laptops depends on laptop type, best to bring laptop for trial when viewing.

Room 2: Double Bed from (£290 - £320p/m) - Available June 2010. Includes Desktop/Laptop Computer Bureau, built in wardrobe, WiFi works in bedroom and Sky TV available for £10 p/m extra,.

Room 3: Available MARCH 2010 Double Bed in Large En-suite from £90 p/w (£390 - £430 p/m) - Available from September 1st 2009. Double Room, Large Double wardrobe and full length mirrors, En-suite 3 piece bathroom, with power shower. This room also includes 28" TV & Sky Plus Box in bedroom.

For more sociable TV viewing you also have access to an ordinary Sky TV on a 29" Panasonic TV connection with DVD player in shared lounge on ground floor as well as the Sky in your en-suite bedroom.

Lovely spacious kitchen with 6-seat breakfast table, downstairs in sun window. Large separate shared dining room with Sky TV.

THE HOME: A very lovely house with tree lined garden. Lovely bathroom with bath & powerful thermostatically controlled showers.

Large separate downstairs lounge/dining room, clothesline, downstairs toilet. Excellent kitchen, double oven, massive fridge and freezer and a 2nd fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, top of the range dryer and all the usual appliances, lots of gizmos and plenty of space.

Separate dining room with large 3 seater reclining leather settee backs onto the garden, with decking, outside table and chairs, a grassed area beyond backs on to lovely tree lined embankment perfect for sunbathing, reading, chilling or socialising.

House can be very quiet in the evenings due to gym and sporting activities. If you like gym, swimming, running, (even hiking, scrambling, skiing & adventure holidays), you will get lots of encouragement here. We also have 3 good gyms within walking distance. If your idea of a work is a TV dinner that's fine to we all like to chill out especially after a work out.

BOND: Bond towards potential damages only £200 on all rooms. Bond returned at end of term.

RENT: The rent is FULLY inclusive of council tax, gas, electric, water rates, broadband - (Wi-Fi), Sky TV, cleaning products, etc. All cleaning products and toiletries supplied, except toilet roll.

STOP OVERS: Regarding stopovers for friends and boyfriends. To be fair to other housemates we allow a maximum of 3 weekends per month, so about 6-8 days per month, although this is flexible for annual holidays once per year. EG. A one off stay of 2 to 3 weeks is fine once or twice per year.
