Preferred room and flatmate description

A double bedroom up for rent located on Pipewell Walk (just off Abbey Lane). Looking for a clean happy-go-lucky individual that's laid back and chilled.

It's £250 per month and you will be renting a double bedroom which comes with cupboard space and a double bed. You'll also get a virgin media box in the room with ALL the channels on to keep you entertained!

About the house: there's 3 bedrooms (the spare single bedroom is not being used at the moment), upstairs and downstairs toilet, living room, dining room/pool room and kitchen. There's a garage that you can use as i rarely put my own car in there as the house is in a couldesac so parking around here is really easy.

About me: i am 22 years old working as a postman. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person and i also own a small dog, you really won't notice she's there though as she's fully house trained and as good as gold.

1 thing i do ask is no time wasters please, i don't want you moving in and then deciding to move out within a month, it's just pointless and just causes more hassle on than it's worth. For this reason aswell the landlord does ask for 1 months rent up-front which obviously you would get back when you leave.
