Professional or university studying females preferred, must be of a tidy and honest nature, we do not mind smoking however no smoking in the property, use of shared kitchen, lounge, garden and modern bathroom. Utility bills are included within the rent as well as wireless broadband.
Couples are welcome for additional 50% of rental.
