Lovely double room in a really nice flat on the trendy Northcote Road. Living with three friendly, clean and tidy girls, all aged 26-28 looking for another girl of similar age. Flat has a large Living Room, Kitchen and two showers. Just a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station with easy links to Waterloo, Victoria and Gatwick. 5 minute walk to Clapham Common or Wandsworth Common. 5 minute walk to the supermarket. Rent is very reasonable for the area. Bills are extra. Low Wandsworth council tax. No smoking in the flat. Sorry, no couples.
The room is available from Monday 16th November but if you want it a week earlier than this, I could be flexible.
