Preferred room and flatmate description
My lovely flatmate Nathan is moving out and im now looking for someone to fill his room.
The map is showing the wrong adress, the place is right next to wandsworth bridge, but easyroommate doesent seem to recognice it.
The flat is a light, airy 2 bed + 2 bath, on the 4th floor, with a big livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the river.
Its fitted with cream coloured carpets in lounge and bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroomfloors are tiled.
My bathroom has a bathtub and the second bathroom has a shower. In the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, dishwasher and garbagedisposal. (And of course everything else you would expect)
The area is built in 2000 and everything is quite new and working very well.
I have so far never had a problem with this flat and i have been living here for 3 years.
Its very quiet and a lot of younger professionals live here.
We have an Esporta gym in the building, you just take the lift to the gym basicly, perfect reason to go. In the gym there is a big pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Residents get a discounted rate at the gym.
There is also a big underground carpark where you can rent a parkingspot.
There is also a Hudsons (foodshop) in the development, a small M&S 2 minutes away, a chinese restaurant, an italian restaurant and lets not forget the famous gastro pub " The Ship".
The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and a nightside table.
Im 26, originally from Stockholm, Sweden. I work fulltime as a model ( Im not looking for a boyfriend though, so no pervs please! I have a boyfriend.) I travel a lot, so you will have the flat to yourself now and then. Im a hardworking professional, so im not looking for a crazy party person. I work all week, but love to go out for a drink or a nice dinner in weekends.
I love yoga, im trying to improve my cooking and im very into my fashion and shopping.
Im tidy, reliable and flexible.
Im looking for a nonsmoking professional, age 23 - 35 with no pets. No couples! Gender doesent matter, i focus on personality.
The rent for the room is £875, it includes all bills except counciltax ( The lowest in london btw)
Bills includes - Water, electricity, ( There is no gas) wireless internet, tv, sky and telephone ( as long as its not ridiculous amounts on the phonebill)
Im also concidering getting a cleaning lady in once a week.
The closest tubestation is Fulham Broadway, closes trainstation Wandsworth Town ( 2 min walk) or Imperial Wharf.
Buses - C3 to Earls court, 295 to Ladbroke grove, 28 to Notting hill gate and 44 to victoria.
The photos is before i moved in, so its a lot more homely now.
