Hi, I am a 41-year-old female with a 5-year-old son. I work in Edinburgh, I do 12hr shift work days/nights but don't work anymore than 3 day in a row. The house has a drive, sky TV with wireless broadband. Your room will have the en suite shower room with built in wardrobe and is a double bedroom, phone socket and TV socket. I do keep the house neat and tidy and don't have clutter. My son's toys are restricted to his room, garden and plays in the garage. I am a smoker but restrict myself to the kitchen or outside and respect non-smokers. I have had pets all my life but due to personal circumstances and work commitments I don't at this time. The rent is £350 and this includes bills unless you use the house phone and pay accordingly. You would be a lodger in my house but Sam and I would make you feel most welcome and hope you would feel at home here. We do like listening to music and watching movies! We are easy going and friendly; working together we can make the transition a success and happy environment. Either furnished or unfurnished, pets considered.
