The room has a TV point, there is wireless internet access throughout the house and Sky+ in the lounge. ALL bills included except your personal TV leicence, and your phone bills.The shared Bathroom has large corner Jacuzzi Bath and large shower with a wonderfully powerful spray. You can make use of the utility room, kitchen, living room & garden etc. Must be tidy, clean person and non smoker. We have a cleaner come weekly who cleans communal areas such as kitchen, hallways, utility room and shared bathroom, if you would like your room cleaned then she can do that at her hourly rate of £10, but ½ an hour should cover it - you can decide at the time. Ideal flat mate would be a professional working person, due to our location it would suit someone with a job in central Bath, Chippenham or Bradford on Avon.
