Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a room available in a shared house in BATH. The house is within easy reach of the RUH hospital and level walking distance into the city-centre. It is also near the tow-path which is good for cycling. The shuttle buses between the two universities pass across the top of the road. The room is very comfortable for one person; it is centrally-heated, has two built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a single bed and a desk .The rent is £310 pcm (share bills). One of the other tenants is a male who writes for a motoring magazine and the other is an athletics student at Bath University; bills are shared by the tenants. There is a loo and wash-basin on the first floor. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath and shower with a separate loo. There is a large sitting room which is open through to the dining room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a conservatory to the side which houses the washing machine and a tumble-drier and has space for bicycles. To the back of the house is a garden with patio area.
