The rent INC ALL BILLS. Have a really lovely double room, in a great house share only 4 mins walk from the city centre and train/bus station. There is parking, a garage, garden and a balcony with stunning views over Bath. It is to share with 2 guys and a girl, we are all professionals, sociable, very clean and tidy, respectful and love living here so we are looking for someone who prefers a home than just a place to sleep. The house is large so you will always have your space. There are 2 cats here too so i guess you better like animals :)
