Neutrally decorated double room available in large 4 bed shared home with two bathrooms and a large garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac off Winchester Road in Bassett. The room is furnished with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, shelf and tv.
You will be sharing with four professional people (2 male, 2 female) aged 21-27. We are British, any nationality is welcome as long as you can converse easily in English. We do spend time together in the house but also respect each others space and privacy.
We dont mind if our new housemate is male or female, we are looking for someone who is reliable with rent, easy-going like us, and are tidy and considerate of other peoples belongings. We are not 'clean freaks' but if we make a mess, we tidy it up and make sure we keep on top of the washing up etc. We don't have lots of parties, its a very chilled home to come back to after a days work. We may have the odd BBQ in the summer with a glass of wine though! Our area is very close to woods/sports fields so its very peaceful and every now and again we get deer in our garden. We dont get any through traffic as we are a cluster of small residential closes/crescents so its a safe quiet area.
We are 10 min walk to local Onestop, a very good butchers, bakers and pharmacy, close to bus stops for Southampton city centre, Portswood, Lordswood, Winchester and Southampton General Hospital/Royal South Hants Hospital. 5-10 mins drive to M3/M27.
Wi Fi is included.
We have two parking spaces on the driveway and there is space for parking on the road (no restrictions).
Cats welcome. I have a friendly cat who is no trouble. Sorry no dogs.
Rent is £320 + bills. Deposit is £320. The bills add up to around £80 a month.
No DSS, professional people only please.
