A large double room is available in the area of SO16 - Bassett / Highfield Area. The room is furnished with a reasonable size desk, a swivel chair, bed with mattress, curtains, mirror and wardrobes. The house has 4 bedrooms with a large garden. The place is about 3 minutes walk to Southampton University, and 8 minutes drive to Southampton Airport in Eastleigh or to the M27/M3. It is also located centrally to the city centre and situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. I am a young, easy-going full time working professional graduated from the local university a few years ago. I travel a lot for my work and won't be around most of the time. The whole house is neatly renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, appliances, furniture, unlimited broadband etc., and looking to share the house with other easy-going sociable housemates. The house is also conveniently located within a good area of public transport (Uni-Link buses and National Express Coaches) and grocery shops / take aways. The household is very quiet, friendly and respectful of each other and hope everyone is the same. Sorry, no smokers please. The house is also kept clean all the time.
