Hi, I'm a professional female, working in Sony (viables) and I'm looking for a friendly, professional person to let a furnished double bedroom in a 3 bed detached house in beggarwood/ kempshott park area of basingstoke. To share with one other lodger and owner (female, 33) and two white pet cats. Parking available on quiet road. Own sky + box in the room (you just need a scart input on your tv) sky downstairs in living room too, broadband (you'll need a wireless/ wi-fi pc/adapter for your pc/laptop), dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, all the usual mod cons. Rent is £340 pcm mon-fri or £360pcm full week (payable by standing order in advance) it includes bills electricity, gas, broadband, Sky + etc, only phone calls on top if you make any. One month rent as deposit up front working on a one month notice either way policy. I'd like to find someone I get on with and hopefully socialise with rather than 'just house mates' but if that's what you want, I'll respect your privacy! Professional person preferred. As the room is located in Beggarwood, it would best suit someone with transport, but the bus route is 3 minutes away if needed. Room available 1st November
