My house in lovely part of Billericay has a double bedroom to let. The room is modern, spacious and clean with a new double bed for single occupancy. The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, a good size desk and chair, cabinets with drawers and long wall shelves for display or storage. The room has bright lighting, a quality carpet, soft furnishings and bedding if required is also included in the rent. The bedroom has digital television socket and wifi broadband internet facility. There is a large family sized bathroom with shower unit and Italian tiling.
The person who rents the double bedroom is welcome to use the bathroom, kitchen, the dining room to chill in or enjoy a private dinner or with company, the conservatory and the lovely sunny and secluded garden to relax in. There is plenty of room for off street parkng.
The house is about 25 minutes walking distance to Billericay town centre and station. Liverpool Street is just 30 mins on the train. Billericay is about ten miles south of Chelmsford and there is a frequent bus service there and to Basildon six miles south of Billericay.
I would prefer a professional person, male or female, a non-smoker with no pets aged between twenty and sixty years. My main interests are the arts and literature, theatre and concerts, travel, cooking and sociaising.
