The room available is a double room containing single bed (with understored guestbed) double wardrobe, large storage cupboard/wardrobe, dressing table/desk and book case. The bathroom is shared and has shower and bath. Hot water is generated by combi boiler so no running out of hot water! Washing machine and Wireless internet is available. The house is clean and tidy and well maintained. There is a large garden with a shed if you wanted to store a cycle and plenty of off road parking.
There are all the normal things like corner shops, postoffice, pubs, takeaways and bus stops close at hand.
Payment can be weekly up front or monthly 1month in advance, whichever is easier and a deposit of £200.00 is required.
