I am a 24 year old youth worker working in the Caerphilly area. I am looking for a room in a house share due to having to go on my own way as my best friend who I currently live with is moving in with his other half. I am currently living in a house share with him near Blackwood but we will need to vacate the property by end of March as our tenancy expires. I have been living in house shares since uni and can provide references from previous flatmates if required. I am a non-smoker and a clean, reliable individual and am in a relationship. I am happy to live anywhere from Cardiff to Caerphilly. I am looking for a double room and for at least 6 months to start with.
