Annexe has own electric meter & electric used is the only addition to monthly rental. Possible share of house facilities according to requirements / discussion. I'm a single mother to 2 children who are with me 60% of the time ages 9 (son) & 5 (daughter). I am flexible, easy going, independent, professional, yet fun loving!
