Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi we're Rachel and Tom a couple looking to rent out a double fully furnished room available in a modernly decorated terrace in the centre of Bamber Bridge. I work in the day and Tom works shifts so we are often out and about. The house is within easy access of the M6, M65 and M61. There is a regular bus service on our street and the train station is a two minute walk away. Close to bank, chemist, supermarket and many other amenities. The house has two downstairs reception rooms, kitchen and utility, rear yard and modern bathroom. Full use of all appliances and services including washing machine, tumble dryer, Sky TV including Sports Channels and wireless broadband is available. The room has a brand new double bed and mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, digital telly and a sofa. The house is fully double glazed with central heating.
