Preferred room and flatmate description

Double room to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Balham. The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian house (2 other flats below). The road is nice and quiet and is equidistant between Tooting Bec and Balham tube stations (near to the Locale restaurant). The common is just a few steps down the road (great in the summer). The room has a double bed and mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. The living room is very spacious and has modern furniture, SKY+ and wireless broadband. You would be sharing with one person who is 30 years old (me). I am very clean and tidy and laid back. I work in Westminster and interests include cycling, climbing, thai boxing, gym and having a good time with friends. You should be : 25 - 40'ish, professional ,clean and tidy and considerate - someone who is looking for a home and not just a room to hibernate in.
