Preferred room and flatmate description

Two rooms available to rent in Fernwood, Newark, NG24 3FA.

Im a 25 y/o professional with two cats who are out most of the time. I am currently looking for one or two people to rent rooms in my 3 bedroom end-terraced house.

The house has large open plan living area downstairs, with three bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom (upstairs) which has shower, bath, toilet and sink. One toilet downstairs.

Rates include all bills, except food. This includes SKY television (all channels except movies and sports) and broadband (both wireless and wired). Use of all resources in the house (washing machine etc).

40" flat screen tv in living room with surround sound, large garden with BBQ, decking, patio heater and furniture.

Both rooms available are identical and are 2600mm x 2000mm. A double bed will fit but room would be a bit small.

The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, tenants choice!

The house is fairly quiet during the week, but always up for going out at weekends.
