we have a furnished double room in our detached house in balderton available for rent with all bills included.
We are a married couple with no pets (other than a golfish. We both work Monday to Friday although one of us tends to come and go a lot during the day so would not really be ideal for somebody on a night shift looking to sleep during the day.
The house has 2 rooms and a kitchen downstairs.
Our son is occasionally home at the weekend and would be using the 3rd bedroom for this.
The bedroom available is a double room with wardrobes and drawers built in, it has a double bed and a point for the TV. The bathroom would be shared and has a bath with shower over it.
We have a small and private back garden which is mainly lawn and ideal for relaxing in when the weather permits.
