Preferred room and flatmate description

We're a friendly house consisting of myself (Fliss), 24 i'm a student nurse, Phil, 25 who works in a department store and Kewal, 44 who works in IT.

We are looking for an honest, clean, tidy, friendly, sociable housemate who is looking to move into a friendly household and make new friends as it is nice to have a sociable house and not just people that you bump into in the hallway.

The house is a mews house which is in Bagueley with good links to Manchester city centre, Didsbury, Wythenshawe Hospital, Sale, Altrincham and Manchester airport to name but a few. The metro is five minutes drive away and the bus stop 10-15 minutes walk. The M56 is nearby, 5 minutes drive if the traffic is good :-)

The house consists of laminate flooring throughout, lounge/diner, kitchen, garden, bathroom, hallway, landing and 3 bedrooms. It is fully furnished throughout and has the normal mod cons. The room that is up for rent is a large double room on the ground floor of the house, it is very spacious and has a set of drawers and a mirrored wardrobe already in the room. Council tax, water rates and TV license is included in the £250 pcm, with an initial deposit of £250 (meaning that your final month will be free) however, gas and electricicity is £25pcm (usually that stretches for 1-2months though). The landlady Anne is very nice, friendly and laid back and leaves us up to our own thing.
