The house is in the south area of the city, approx 2 miles from both Universities and the city centre, and a mile from the M1, J21, and is on a direct bus route. It's fully furnished through out to a high standard, with a large kitchen, utility room, 3 large living rooms and a dining room. I am ideally looking for a mature student or professional person.
