The house is in Aston on Trent just south of Derby and 5 miles from the city centre. We are close to major employers on including Rolls Royce, Balfour Beatty, East Midlands Airport and the Pride Park business complex. Our rooms are clean and tidy. For the person who works in the Derby area and may return home at the weekend the charge would be £90 single en suite (including bills) Our lodgers have been predominantly professional people who have been good clients. Available to share is; the kitchen, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery plus internet facility. Bedrooms are furnished, we supply towels and bedding which is changed weekly. We are live in landlords, Sabrina and Nigel take care of the cleaning, lodgers wash the saucepans they use, but we have a dishwasher for other items. If you need to do any laundry we have a washing machine and tumble drier. We have off road parking for 6+ cars. There is a bus service into Derby and East Midlands Airport at Castle Donnington (24 hours) which is 10 minutes in a car. We have easy access by road to the A52, A50 and the M1.
