Preferred room and flatmate description

The house is in Aston on Trent just south of Derby and 5 miles from the city centre. We are close to major employers including Rolls Royce, Balfour Beatty and the Pride Park business complex. We have two newly decorated en suite rooms (single/double) now available. For the person who works in the Derby area and returns home at the weekend the charge would be £75 (including bills) for Monday to Friday (4 nights) or you can negotiate for more days/nights. Our lodgers have been predominantly professional people who have been good clients. Available to share is the kitchen, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery and a lounge/dining room plus internet facility. Bedrooms have furniture and bedding which is changed weekly. We are live in landlords, Sabrina and Nigel take care of the cleaning, lodgers wash their saucepans but we have a dishwasher for other items. If you need to do any laundry we have a washing machine and tumble drier. We have off road parking for 6+ cars and a bus service into Derby and East Midlands Airport at Castle Donnington which is 10 minutes in a car. We have easy access by road to the A50 and the M1.
