The communal space comprises of a lounge, a dining room, a large 25msq kitchen/diner, a garage and an additional storage room. There are four double bedrooms. One of them (costing an extra £50pm) has its own en suite, so the main bathroom and downstairs loo are shared between 3 rooms. There's a garage and plenty of additional off street parking.

The house was renovated as a property development project, but what with the crash, now we're committed to renting it instead. As a result, everything is new, fresh and modern, and done up to a high standard. The rooms come furnished.

The rooms are £375 or £425 (en suite) per month including bills - that's water, gas, electricity and council tax. This works out to the equivalent of around £290 excluding bills. The deposit is £300.

The house is a couple of hundred metres from a bus stop with routes into town every ten minutes. It's 5 minutes from the M1, and there are around 20 local shops within a few hundred metres. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and there's a David Lloyd about half a mile away.
