Preferred room and flatmate description

We've got one room left in a huge 4-bed detached newly-renovated house, in Aspley (NG8).

The communal space comprises of a lounge, a dining room, a large 25msq kitchen/diner, a garage and an additional storage room. There are four double bedrooms. One of them (already occupied) has its own en suite, so the main bathroom and downstairs loo are shared between 3 rooms.

The house was renovated as a property development project, but what with the crash, now we're committed to renting it instead. As a result, everything is new, fresh and modern, and done up to a high standard. The remaining bedroom is south facing, 2. 7 by 3. 7 metres plus fitted wardrobes (not included in measurements). It comes furnished, but if you have your own furniture we're happy to take ours away or split it.

The room is £375 per month including bills - that's water, gas, electricity and council tax. This works out to the equivalent of around £290 excluding bills. The deposit is £300.

The house is a couple of hundred metres from a bus stop with routes into town every ten minutes. It's 5 minutes from the M1, and there are around 20 local shops within a few hundred metres.
