The house is in a very pleasant part of Ashton under Lyne, close to all facilities and excellent transport links. It is a 5 min bus ride to Ashton centre and 5 minutes walk away from bus stops for either Ashton or Oldham.
There are excellent motorway and A road links as well as a well serviced railway station. Trains go to Manchester in 5 minutes and Huddersfield in 20 minutes.
