I am looking for someone to to rent a single room in a terraced house, (you can fit a double bed in there if you want). It is on lowbank road so handy for motorway and public transport. The room is in good condition and has been rented out before I have a reference from my previous tenant. Bill's are currently inclusive except the phone. The house is recently renovated to a high standard. Currently there is a single bed in the room but a double will fit (just about). The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and is a good size. The kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer. There is a yard to the rear
with an area of decking. There is a large dining room and good size living room. I am clean and tidy so expect the same of a tenant and that they help out with cleaning. Other than that I'm easy going .
