The property is a large detached house with plenty off road parking. Shared kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large oven, separate gas hob and all the kitchen utensils you would require. You would be sharing with other professional women only. The house has a large front and back garden that are well maintained. I have 2 large single rooms available, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. You have the choice of wired or wireless internet connection.

The weekly rent is £75/£85 fully inclusive of all bills including unlimited broadband access. Rent can be paid weekly or monthly in advance.

I am looking for clean, tidy professional woman for this property who would like to share with other likeminded women, but as Ashford's largest provider of quality rooms we provide a number of houses exclusively for professional people (men and women). Many are en-suite. All have broadband and friendly professional housemates. Rooms are fully furnished.
