Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello, I am looking to rent out a double room in my house in South Ascot from the 6th November 09. My current house mate is moving up the road with his girlfriend and the furnished room (bed, wardrobe, chest of draws) is available. I live in the house with another male, who rents the smaller single room from me and we are looking to fill the third room. The house has just been rennovated and has a modern, contemporary feel. It has a driveway, garden, BBQ, wireless internet, 46" LCD TV, playstation 3, sky, i-pod docks, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs) TV points in the rooms, 4 minute walk to Ascot station, 1 minute walk to the shop/pub, washing machine, iron, etc...all the creature comforts basically. It also has a double garage with a mulit gym/sterio for all guests to use. I am looking for a tidy male or female to join us. We are really easy going and enjoy having fun, yet we are both young professionals that need to get up for work early, so late night partying isn't really an option unfortunately - especially during the week! It doesn't matter if you are a couple, where you are from etc. It would probably be best to pop over and say hi, and see this great house for yourselves! The kitchen has just been completely refitted with all the mod cons, and the bathroom has a power shower, heated floor, towel rail, spotlights etc..it really needs to be seen to appreciate it I would say.
