Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi I'm looking for a room in or around Arundel. I 've just got a new job at the Wetland Centre in Arundel so I'd like to find some where within a half hour drive. I have a horse (no muddy boots though I promise!) so will be looking for somewhere to keep him between work and home, hoping to sort him first so I can have a clearer idea of where I'm going to live as I don't know the area at all. Happy to live with any young(ish) professionals. Would prefer a mixed house but don't really mind.

Clean and tidy in a non-obsessive way (!) and a fairly decent cook. Proximity to a gym would be useful but not essential.
