Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a 22 year old property owner who is looking for a nice friendly person who needs a place to stay. I spend a few nights away from the property so wouldn't be around all the time so you would get plenty of your own space.

My house is a nice sized 3 bedroom with a good sized bathroom with bath/shower, a big kitchen with conservatory off the back and very nice sized back and front garden. The house has Virgin Media installed in the living room with a good range of channels and a fast wireless internet connection.

The bedroom to rent is a double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers and a futon bed and mattress.

I'd be looking for someone who is clean and has as much respect for the house as I have. Being walking distance from the city hospital, it's a great opportunity for a young professional.

Also.. just so you know I have a cat who spends the majority of his day outside and when he is in, he is only allowed downstairs.
