Preferred room and flatmate description

My last flatmate recently moved out and I have a spare, furnished double room available for £350 p/m all inclusive of bills. Facilities include gym access, communal garden, 1 secure parking space per flat (which I would be happy to share, plenty of street parking available too) and wireless broadband. The flat is an old converted mill with high ceilings, large windows and is within walking distance of plenty of shops, including Sainsburys. Public transport is frequent and it's a 10 minute bus ride from Nottingham City Centre.

I'm a 25-yr old male young professional, currently working at Sherwood Park (J27 of M1). I play football 4-5 times a week so normally pop out in the evenings and I get to the gym when I can. I like a night out and the occasional weekend away (when I can afford it) but when home I enjoy listening to new music / watching TV / going for a drink... all pretty normal stuff for someone my age I think.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is ideally a young professional (male or female) non-smoker, no pets, around the same age who is easy-going, happy to tag along on a night out occasionally and keeps the place relatively clean and tidy.
