In need one more tenant for a 4 bedroom house in Armley. The room available is large, redecorated and recarpeted and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. There would be access to shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house has double glazing, central heating, washing machine, 30 MB broadband and is in a fairly quiet location. I'm a 38 year old male teacher and need to find people that I can trust in the house as I am rarely there (more or less moved into my wife's house also in Armley so effectively you'd be sharing with just two others). Looking for late 20's early 30's professionals that are tidy, friendly and considerate. There are two guys living in the property at the moment, both very friendly and tidy.
