I have a lovely room free in LS 12. Its large being 15ft by 12 ft nicely furnished with new double bed. There is a vanity unit with sink in the room and lots of storage/shelves. A large window overlooks the garden.
The house has fast broadband, dishwasher, garden and Wi Fi. Included in the rent is a cleaner, TV licence, Sky sports and all bills. There is off street parking in the drive or a ten mins bus ride to town centre. We are just off Town Street with all its shops and the new municipal gym and swimming pool. There is a very nice friendly pub down the road with good cheap pub grub.
