The rent is £280 a mnth which incls everything apart from gas and electricity.
The house is situated on a main route into the city centre and to the train station, 10 mins by bus or car, 25 min walk. All local amenities are within walking distance. Handy for Headingley, Kirkstall and easy access to the motorways. Parking available at front and back.
