Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for someone to share my home in Anstey.

There is shared use of the lounge - which has a multifuel stove installed, kitchen and bathroom, and a good sized garden, part of which I am making into a kitchen garden. There is plenty of on road parking. The village of Anstey has varied local amenities without losing its village identity; there is a frequent bus service in to the city centre which takes approximately 15/20 minutes (it is really very quick and easy to get in to the city) with access to the M69 and M1 also being extremely easy and quick. The hospital ' hopper' bus may be caught nearby. At the same time, there are footpaths in to Bradgate Park only a few minutes from my front door!

The rent for the room is £81.50 per week, and does include service bills i.e. gas, electric, and council tax. This particular room overlooks the back garden, and is light and airy.

My neighbours are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am quite busy and active, and would like to share my home with someone who likes peaceful surroundings. I myself work part-time in the village and am doing some writing. My interests include my garden (there's a surprise!) walking, horse-riding and swimming (I am trying to get myself upto a standard whereby I will be able to swim the English Channel for charity), cooking, reading, the arts, and travelling.
