Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a 3 bedroomed bay fronted terraced in Liverpool which is clean, tidy and spacious. Liverpool City centre/Lime St station are about 15 minutes on the bus. From November there is a double room available for £260pcm . Also there is a double for £300 from February 1st. Bills (gas, electric, water) are included in the price and there is a widescreen TV, dishwasher and washing machine. There are new laminate floors and the downstairs and lots of Beatles art! We would prefer non-smoking mature or international students 20-30, but are open to offers! Would love to have a student especially from France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Eastern Europe. I own the house but will be working away teaching in London for a year or two so will be letting out rooms. I am friendly and reliable.
