Hi,
My current lodger is moving into her new house, so my spare bedroom will be available to rent from 12th October. The room was only recently decorated and is furnished to a high standard with new curtains & venetian blind, bed & mattress, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, bookcase and desk.
The property is a clean and spacious two bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a three storey block [Ground, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor] which is accessed via a secure entry system. The flat has a large living & dining area, bathroom, kitchen and balcony area. In addition, a ground floor internal storage cage is available for bikes etc.
All the usual amenities are provided, including washing machine, condenser dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and wireless broadband internet access. The flat is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating/instant hot water.
The rent is £75 per week/£325 per calendar month, which includes bills [Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence & Wireless Internet Connection] The returnable deposit is £250, which will be secured with the Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme.
A Fixed or Flexible Term Agreement is available, subject to a minimum commitment of one month.
The flat is located just off King Lane in Moortown and is situated in a quiet residential area. It is a very short walk to the frequent bus services that depart from the King Lane Park & Ride site. In addition, David Lloyd Health & Fitness Club, Sainsbury’s and other local shops are only a short walk away.
The Ring Road provides easy access to surrounding areas by car and public transport. Approximate distances and times by bus are as follows:
City Centre (4.5 miles) [20 mins]
Universities (4 miles) [15 to 20 mins]
Headingley (3 miles) [10 to 15 mins]
Roundhay Park (3 miles) [10 to 15 mins]
Chapel Allerton (2 miles) [10 mins].
