We are a professional couple looking to let two spare rooms in our house. Both rooms are on the top floor of the house and share a large bathroom with shower and bath, so quite private. One has a standard double bed and sofa bed, the other a small double . Both rooms have plenty of storage space, desks and TVs. The house itself is a lovely 1860's town house on a quiet road decorated in a contemporary but cosy fashion.
The village of Alveston is just 3 miles outside Stratford, about 10 mins in the car, and close to the M40 and warwick railway station. There is a lovely welcoming village community with a local pub that is at the heart of village events.
We are hoping for a lodger who wishes to stay with us Monday (or sunday night ) to Friday only. The cost would include all bills, basic cleaning and washing bed linen. Kettle and microwave will be available in the room but you can also have access to the kitchen for breakfast and evening meal. You will also have a separate fridge and cupboard.
