Our company protects unused buildings by placing our 'Property Guardians' to live in the properties until they are needed again. Your only responisibility is to live there and create your own haven to prevent any anti social behaviour. And you dont have to worry about paying the bills! Our Guardians must be 21 or over in paid employment and be able to provide references.
