Preferred room and flatmate description

I have one small-medium size but extremely well kitted out double room (approximately 10' x 8') available from 1st January 2010 to share with me and three other final year students (2 female, 1 male) in five-year-old clean town house WALKING DISTANCE FROM TOWN AND UNI. There is a downstairs toilet with basin, a bathroom with toilet, basin, shower and handshower. Lounge has 28" tv with dvd, video, freeview, wii and ps1, 2 brand new leather sofas (1 2-seater and 1 3-seater) 1 double sofabed, laminate flooring with rug, glass coffee table, lots of storage. Large kitchen/diner has units and surfaces in excellent condition, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table with 5 chairs. Free car parking 3 spaces (two taken) in allotted spaces with lockable bollards in rear car park. Front and rear garden - rear garden with patio set for 6 and bbq. Well lit area, burglar alarm, security light. Bedroom contains 4'double bed, 2 wall-length shelves, computer desk and chair, double wardrobe and chest of drawers, lamp, carpet, curtains and is newly decorated. Rent is £300 per month to include gas, electricity, water (meter), hot water, unlimited wireless broadband (throughout house), bt vision and tv licence.
