I am the non-resident landlord of this large extremely well fitted shared victorian house, located within easy walking distance of Derby town centre on the north east side of town. There is a large living room, separate dining room and kitchen with all fixtures and fittings. The house and rooms available are newly fully refurbished as shown in the photos.
The house is currently also rented by two professionals between the ages of 20 and 30.
The rent quoted is exclusive of bills but at the request of other tennants the council tax is to be added to the rent at a cost of £30 per monts and is centrally paid for.
