There is a contract to sign of course, but really the only rule of the house is to respect the others living there and the property. The rooms available are all double rooms (some very large) and range from £280 - £330pm (inclusive of everything) with a months rent as security deposit. The house is ideally positioned less than one minute off Smithdown road. The area has been long popular with students and is rapidly increasing in popularity with young professionals. The house is a stones throw from a bus stop, limited off road parking, ample on road. The local bars include the Willowbank (again popular with students and young professionals). Asda is also only a few minutes walk away. As for the house itself - they say a picture paints a thousand words, and I'm a great believer in this, (what I think is a great renovation might not be to your taste at all), so please take a look at the pics, and see if its the sort of place you'd like to live. I'm a young professional, myself, but probably not quite as young as you. This house is the result of watching everything I've ever invested in over the ten years of my working life (particularly my pension) being worth less than if I'd put the money under the mattress! So after a couple of beers too many I decided (with a group of friends) to invest in a property instead! Many thousands of pounds and evenings and weekends later we finished the renovation.
