Friendly young professional wanted for a great double room in a (non-smoking) mixed-sex shared house.
The room's fully furnished (with a brand new pine double bed on its way). We've separate shower and bathrooms and a really nice big kitchen. There’s a small front garden, great back yard for BBQ’s and plenty of parking in front of the house.
Victoria terrace is a quiet residential street between Wavertree park and Allerton Road’s busy shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also really handy for buses & taxis into town.
Rent includes council tax and water rates - the landlord also pays for the gardener and a regular cleaner!
