I have 1 room available in a 4 bedroom fully furnished house just off Penny Lane in Allerton, we are looking for non-smoking students. The property has double glazing, central heating and large kitchen/eating area and all the bedrooms have double beds and ample room. There is plenty of on-street parking, sorry but no pets.
The house is 1 minute walk from the main bus route into the city or the airport. 2 minute walk from Allerton high street, shops, banks, restaurants etc. Very easy access to the M62, close to Tesco's and a short drive from Asda. Quiet neighbours
All rooms are large and bright and have a desk, wardrobe, large window, double bed, chest of drawers.
The price includes water rates, internet and the TV license, (each room has a digital tv connection). £58pppw.
