Windows are all new and floors and doors are stripped pine and the house is heated with a new Worcester central heating system. Rooms vary from 50-180 square feet and weekly rental exclusive of energy and council tax is £50-60 depending on room size. There are 2 bedrooms available one cosy single and one gorgeous double "cool" attic room. Rooms have recently been vacated by a teacher, electrician and researcher who have relocated because of employment to other regions. We never have problems renting the rooms so please call asap.
