Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm a 29 year old teacher. I work in Ellon and have to get up early so I'm looking for a flat share that will be quiet during the week but fun at weekends. I'm looking for people that will be fun and friendly and reasonably clean and tidy. I've got a small dog. She is well trained and quiet. After looking for a room I've realised that I could save money if I found someone to share with and we looked for a flat together.
