Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I'm studying at Gray's school of art at the moment (2nd yr printmaking) and living in Garthdee close to the school. My girlfriend is about to move here from Finland and we need some more space. I moved to Aberdeen just this autumn and my present room will be too small for the two of us.

We are an easy going couple and not that interested of partying all weekend, not saying that we wouldn't go out at all. Were not planning on throwing house parties every weekend either, but do enjoy spending time with people, even if they were friends of ours or others'. We don't smoke and don't obviously bring pets. We aren't messy and naturally take part in household cleaning. We have been living in shared flats before so we are familiar with both sharing and giving space to others. My other mother tongue is English in addition to Finnish and my girlfriends also fluent with English.

My girlfriend will be moving here in January, but I'd be ready to move in already soon.
