I have a large double room to rent in my semi detached house. It's a really nice house with a big kitchen, dining room, lounge, garden, decking area, double garage, and huge driveway for lots of off street parking. It's easy walking distance to town, the beach, and most other good things in Aberdeen. I'm an easy going guy who loves sports and socialising. Particularly into board sports - Surfing, kitesurfing, snowboarding, skating, wakeboarding etc, but also Footy, tennis, squash, climbing, mountain biking etc etc. The room would suit a similar minded person who's into meeting people and doing stuff.
