Preferred room and flatmate description
Due to current flat mate of 3 years traveling to Australia for a year out, I have a double room to rent.
Situated on Holburn Street, the apartment is located 15 minutes walk from city centre with a bus stop right outside the door. ASDA and other mainline shopping outlets are walking distance. RGU is also within 15 min walk. Any students applying would preferably be in at least 3rd year-my midweek partying days passed me by a wee while ago!
I am a 28 yo professional working as a Sales Development Manager for Bacardi and sister brands, which def has it's perks! I work away reguarly so opportunities for th apartment to yourself on ocassion!
I am an easy going land lord who's only ask is that my room mate puts in equal effort as I do to keeping the place respectable. The flat has been well decorated with a new bathroom recently installed. Amenities such as Sky and wireless are already in place.
I play a lot of sport, football, golf, tennis and am a regular at the gym. I like cooking and socialising, the socialising kept mainly for the weekends these days! No preferance on male or female, ideally 22-30, fun and easy to get along with individual.
