Hello my name is Dan and my housemates and me have a spare single room to let if anyone is interested?

Our house is located just off London road, so it's about a 10 minute walk into the city centre and around 15 minutes to Sheffield Hallam and 20 minutes to University of Sheffield. There is plenty of street parking and two driveway spaces, if you don't drive there are many buses along London road for you to catch. We have a Tesco Extra and an Asda close by as well as a plethora of local shops.

I currently live with 1 house mate, my friends and me are all very social people and I'm looking for someone similar.
